Change Management Consultant
We’re seeking consultants to add to our Global Talent and Organizational Development team in direct support of ONEAdvisory. In this role, you will provide digital transformation subject matter expertise, organizational development, and learning management support to ONEAdvisory. The Change Consultant will partner with executive sponsors, key stakeholders, and corporate partners in delivering change management consultation, expertise, and support. This is a remote position where excellent communication skills and the natural use of video conferencing tools are mandatory.

Video / Film Editor
We’re seeking the help of creative and talented video editors/directors to help us continue to tell the story of OneBigWave and our competences. This is a remote, freelance position and compensation will be discussed on a per-project basis. Projects will range from Instagram stories to lyric videos to music videos and beyond. You will also have the opportunity to contribute your creative vision to the help shape the continual evolution of OneBigWave.
